Our custom 8-foot mobile bar is designed to be both a statement piece and a seamless service station, bringing a refined, elevated presence to any event. Crafted from high-quality maple wood, the bar features a warm, natural finish that highlights the organic grain and timeless beauty of the material. The clean vertical slat detailing across the front adds depth, texture, and a modern yet earthy aesthetic—perfectly aligning with a mountain-luxury style.
At a full 8 feet in length, this bar comfortably accommodates two bartenders working side by side, allowing for smooth, efficient service even during high-volume moments. The spacious countertop provides ample room for cocktail preparation, garnish displays, glassware, and bar tools—ensuring every drink is crafted with ease and precision. Behind the bar, there’s enough functional space for organized movement, batching, and quick guest service without feeling crowded.
Designed with both form and function in mind, the bar sits on discreet, heavy-duty rolling casters, making it easy to transport and position at any venue—from elegant mountain weddings to backyard celebrations and upscale private events. Once in place, it transforms effortlessly into a polished focal point that enhances the overall atmosphere.

3. Plan and Prep
We begin crafting your signature drink menu. We provide a detailed shopping list (since Colorado is dry hire), coordinate logistics, and handle all bar setup details so you don’t have to stress.
4. Sip and Celebrate
We arrive early to ensure every detail is thoughtfully prepared. Setup is an essential part of the experience, and we require 2–3 hours depending on the location and venue size.

During service, our team ensures efficient drink preparation, a clean and organized bar setup, and a welcoming, high-end experience for every guest. From the first pour to the final call, we maintain a smooth flow so your event feels effortless, polished, and memorable.
If your event calls for more time—whether it’s extending cocktail hour, keeping the celebration going, or accommodating a longer reception—we’re happy to stay. Additional service hours can be added at a rate of $125 per hour, giving you the flexibility to customize your timeline without stress.

Summit Sips is proudly based in Carbondale, Colorado, and we love serving our local community throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. Travel within a 30-mile radius of Carbondale is included at no additional cost, making it easy and accessible to bring our mobile bar to your event.
For locations beyond that range, we are more than happy to travel to you. A travel fee of $2 per mile (round trip) is applied for events outside of the 30-mile radius, ensuring we can continue to provide reliable, high-quality service wherever your celebration takes place.
Whether your event is nestled in the mountains, hosted at a private home, or set at a luxury venue, we bring a bar experience that is professional, beautiful, and thoughtfully tailored—so you can focus on celebrating while we take care of the rest.

To ensure the highest level of service, we thoughtfully staff each event based on guest count and flow. As a general guideline, we provide 1 professional bartender for every 75 guests, which allows us to maintain quick service times and a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone at the bar.
For larger events or those with more complex drink menus, additional bartenders can be added for $200 per bartender. This ensures that even during peak moments, your guests are never waiting long and the quality of service remains consistent, polished, and professional.
